delivery policy

delivery information

all orders will be delivered through courier services to the shipping address indicated by you. self pick-up is available only at designated outlets. orders are shipped on business days only (monday – friday, excluding malaysia national holidays).

orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep within 3 – 5 working days after order verification and credit approval. please provide the correct shipping address where someone will be home to receive the parcel and a valid phone number, otherwise, you will be informed to collect your parcel from the nearest courier office or other arrangement must be made.

orders are currently shipped within malaysia (including sabah and sarawak) and singapore. we do not ship to P.O. Box address.

shipping & delivery cost

delivery cost as stated below:

delivery within peninsular malaysia / west malaysia: RM8 per order

delivery to sabah & sarawak / east malaysia: RM20 per kg

delivery to singapore:

the cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order.

free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if any):

- above RM88 for peninsular malaysia

- above RM200 for singapore and east malaysia

customers from other countries who are interested in purchasing our products are welcome to contact us for international postage rate.
